CW: rape culture, abuse, harassment⁣
In the past couple of months, a couple of children, and (not so children) college students had asked me why I cut my hair when I showed them a picture of me about a year ago. ⁣
We are all over the spectrum of femininity and womxnhood. We do not have to listen nor abide by the rules and expectations of others.
We as people sometimes don’t appreciate what we have and those who love us until we lost it or them. I appreciate all the support I’ve gotten through here and in life. Thank you.
If only we could be gentle with each other and cherish each other’s souls. If only we loved each other more.
Maybe we could learn a bit from plants. Maybe could we be more like these flowers and support the ones the need it the most right now?
